Over 19 people are feared dead and several critically injured in a fatal accident that happened at Kanaba Subcounty, Kisoro district.
Eyewitnesses have revealed that the accident happened when the driver of a Canter truck registration number UAW 739M failed to negotiate a corner hence ramming into the road rail guards.
The canter that was carrying nearly 40people with Irish potatoes and other merchandise, suddenly halted and people fell off.
The critically injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
