Controversial musician Alien Skin, real name Patrick Mulwana, is on the police’s wanted list in connection with the death of Wilfred Namuwaya, a member of his Fangone Forest music group.
According to police, Namuwaya was forcibly taken from his home in Ndeeba on September 20, 2025, by an associate identified as Musomali, reportedly acting on Alien Skin’s instructions. Authorities allege the singer had ordered his team to punish Namuwaya for quitting the group without permission.
The victim was later abandoned in Mpomba Zone and rushed to Mulago Hospital by a Good Samaritan. He succumbed to his injuries on September 22.
Police spokesperson SSP Patrick Onyango said investigations had linked Alien Skin and other associates — Commander Mdogo, Ibra Kabadiya, and Mijagulo — to the violent attack. “This is a serious matter, and we are determined to bring all involved to justice,” Onyango stated.
This is not the first time the artist has faced the law. In December 2024, Alien Skin was remanded to Luzira Prison on robbery charges following an assault incident at Nsambya Hospital. He was accused of stealing an iPhone 15 Pro, cash, and identification documents, though he denied the charges.
The singer has also been embroiled in violent feuds with fellow artist Pallaso, as well as clashes tied to political mobilization. In one instance, he allegedly rallied gangs to attack opposition supporters at Makerere Kavule headquarters.
Police have now appealed to the public for information on his whereabouts. The case has raised alarm within the entertainment industry, with calls for greater accountability and measures to curb violence linked to celebrity figures.
