MTN MoMo Uganda has today announced the launch of its latest promotion, “Power to Win,” a customer reward initiative designed to celebrate and reward MoMo users across the country. The promotion was unveiled at the Akamwesi Mall in Kyebando as part of the broader Power to Be More campaign, with the first winner, whose name has been withheld at their request, receiving UGX 10 million during the launch event.
Through “Power to Win,” customers stand a chance to take home UGX 10 million every week by simply using MoMo to Pay, Borrow, and Invest. The more customers transact using MoMo, the greater their chances of being selected as winners. Every week, one lucky customer will be rewarded, with official handover ceremonies taking place in different regions across Uganda to ensure nationwide participation.
Speaking at the launch, Richard Yego, CEO of MTN MoMo Uganda, said: “The Power to Be More campaign is about giving every Ugandan access to the tools that help them do more, achieve more, and become more. The Power to Win promotion will run nationwide until the end of the year, with weekly winners announced and celebrated in their communities.
