Pastor Aloysius Bugingo has asked members of House of Prayer Ministries International to get him Shs70 to Shs100million by Tuesday this week.
“The truth is I need some money because we don’t have time. If you have not brought it but you can give It to me on Monday or Tuesday, come forward and get registered,” said Bugingo in a video that is circulating on social media like wildfire.
“We should not waste a lot of time on this small Shs100million.”

It is worth noting that recently, Pastor Kakande asked members of his church to send him $300 such that he could pray and they get their billionaire dream.
