President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni

President Museveni has revealed that security organs decided to ban Bobi Wine rallies in the wake of bomb threats because his conduct is Irresponsible.

Museveni said this in a letter where he was thanking those who sent him congratulatory messages upon his 79th birthday.

Museveni Used the same letter to explain some key issues that were raised by handles like Nsubuga Bart, UK official, People P , Kaziba and Labisa.

“Then Labisa says that Bobi Wine’s rallies are being stopped while concerts are allowed in spite of the threat of terrorist bombs,” said the president before adding that;

“This is an issue of discipline. The concerts are prepared, the areas cordoned off, people entering the venue go through checks, etc.

“Bobi Wine’s conduct is irresponsible, just like they increased the infection of corona through the same recklessness.

“That is how we lost 3,291 people. Prior to those reckless rallies, we had lost only about 300 people.”

Below is President Museveni’s full message to Ugandans especially the Bazukulu
