Uganda’s ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) party’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) has a candidate for speaker of the 11th parliament.
Omoro County MP, Jacob Oulanyah has been chosen by the CEC to be the party’s flag bearer in tomorrow’s poll.
Oulanyah defeated former Speaker Rebecca Kadaga in the quest to be leader of the Legislature.
