CONFIRMED: Don Wanyama Appointed Vision Group CEO

Senior Presidential Press Secretary Don Wanyama has been appointed CEO of Vision Group replacing Robert Kabushenga who retired early this year.

The announcement to confirm Wanyama was made on Tuesday by Mr Patrick Ayota.

His predecessor, Kabushenga tweeted congratulating Don, describing the post as one of the best in Uganda.

“Don Wanyama, congratulations on getting one of the best jobs in Uganda. All the best !!” Kabushenga tweeted.

The news puts to rest rumors as to whether Wanyama will take up the job that will see him oversee management of Uganda’s biggest media group.
