Johnnie Walker Uganda has released limited-edition bottles to mark the brand’s 200th Year anniversary.

The limited-edition packs are for the three variants – JW Red, JW Black and JW Gold. All maintaining the same timeless flavor.

The Johnnie Walker journey started in 1820, with founder John Walker opening a small grocery store in Kilmarnock, Scotland. The brand has grown to become the most loved Scotch whisky and is now available in more than 180 countries worldwide.

“These limited edition bottles give a bold look to our most iconic whiskies and perfectly embody Johnnie Walker’s depth of character,” says Paul Rwandekeye, the Johnnie Walker Uganda Brand Manager.

Rwandekeye says a whole whisky month with a series of activities and treats for consumers to mark the 200-year milestone is on the cards this March.

The limited edition bottles are now available in all major retail stores like the Capital Shoppers, Game, Shoprite, Quality and Carrefour.

There is more than just the collector’s item bottles for Johnnie Walker customers as the purchases come with gifts including tote bags, sweatshirts, and fanny packs. For the uninitiated, there is whisky sampling at all activations.

The celebrations are on till Easter.
