Security Raids NUP Offices In Moroto

1 Mins read

Security officers from UPDF and Uganda police force have today morning raided the offices of National Unity Platform in Moroto district, Ug Mirror reports.

“Security forces have raided our offices in Moroto. Hon Kyagulanyi’s campaign posters in the vicinity have been pulled down. The atmosphere of intimidation that  manifests every day clearly  shows how much panic is in the oppressor’s camp. Surely nothing can save the dictatorship,” reads the tweet on NUP’s timeline.

This is not the first-time security forces are raiding NUP offices in different parts of the country.

It should be noted that last month, a joint security operation raided the head offices of National Unity Platform in Kamwokya and confiscated the red berets, campaign posters, red shits among others.

NUP Jinja offices were also raided by security operatives.
