A few days ago, Lawyer Male Mabirizi asked Kyadondo East MP, Robert Kyagulanyi to present his academic documents that would determine whether he was fit to stand for the country’s highest office.
Counsel Loyce Apia has followed the same suit and petitioned the High Court of Uganda to compel the electoral commission to avail her with President Museveni’s academic papers.
High court will hear and determine Loyce’s petition next week.
According to her, the academic documents will answer questions of the president’s actual age and his level of education as well.
Mabirizi on the other hand received Kyagulanyi’s academic documents were given to him by the electoral commission.
However, he has caused a debate on social media on whether Kyagulanyi is fit to stand for presidency because of his average performance in both O and A level.
Many people on social media now wnat all people contesting for presidency so that their academic papers speak for them.
