Recently, the top leadership committee of Police also summoned Koboko District Police Commander over the recent political procession allegedly organised by State Minister for Investment and Privatisation Evelyn Anite.

The summons followed a video clip that made rounds on social media showing hundreds of her supporters in Koboko municipality marching and chanting Anite’s name in disregard of COVID-19 measures.

Others who have been violating the rules  include, Health minister, Dr Jane Ruth Aceng, the state minister for Kampala, Benah Namugwanya and the vice chairperson NRM Eastern Uganda, Mike Mukula among others.
