SHOCK! Minister Sam Kuteesa Clears Passenger Plane With 3 People to Land at Entebbe Amidst Lockdown

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sam Kutesa has cleared an Ethipian airlines plane to land in Uganda with three passengers on board amidst Coronavirus lockdown by President Museveni.

The three persons on board are; Barbra Kavuya, Blanche Kibaju, and Isaiah Tiba Byabashaija, all of whom are relatives to city tycoon Ben Kavuya.

The order is contained in a letter obtained by this website dated 13 May 2020, to Ethiopian Airlines Uganda Manager.

According to the letter, the above named persons have been accepted to be boarded on an Ethiopian Airlines plane from Addis Ababa to Entebbe on Monday 18th May, 2020.
