Katikkiro Mayiga Rallies Youth On Hard Work

The Katikkiro of Buganda Kingdom, Charles Peter Mayiga has rallied youths and Ugandans at large on the importance of hard work and innovativeness.

He said the only way of eliminating poverty is for the youth to work hard with a lot of creativity.

He made the remarks while officiating the occasion to congratulate different employees who excelled in different departments in Buganda Kingdom on Wednesday.

He said that hard work guarantee success in most ventures noting that youth should always refrain from laziness.

“It is very important that whenever you   work hard, you can innovate, whatever challenge you may face, you have to continue doing what you do irrespective of the challenges because there is no gain without pain,” he said.

He also emphasised the beauty of transparency in any Job as a true tendency for genuine wealth accumulation and development.

He urged all the Chief Executive Officers of different companies to always appreciate the best employee of the year.

“I requested the CEO of different companies to reward the best performers with the year’s salary on top of that other gifts that they receive,” he said.
