Former Miss Uganda Stella Nantumbwe, popularly known as Ellah is finally engaged although the man that stole and captivated her mind and heart is still widely unknown.
An actress, and fashionista, Ellah was crowned Miss Uganda 2013/14 and ever since then, her beauty has caught the eyes of many men. She announced her engagement through her Instagram account with the caption ‘Of course I said Yes’.
