I am Ready to Take on President Museveni – Bobi Wine

The Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has said that the people of Acholi sub-region have asked him to contest against President Museveni come 2021.

Speaking this, Bobi Wine was in Acholi Sub-region to attend the thanksgiving ceremony of Akol Anthony, the Kilak North County Legislator who survived an accident a few months ago.

Bobi Wine stated that the people of Acholi Sub-Region have asked him to continue with the fight against injustices and all kinds of challenges faced by citizens of Uganda.

“Their area leaders and the people ask us to keep on with the fight against injustice,” he said.

He also noted that the same people also called upon him to consider standing for president come 2021 general elections against the incumbent President Museveni regime.

“They also reiterated their call for me to take on president Museveni in 2021. I am ready to lead them as we take on the task and we ought to unite to make this smooth transition happen,” Bobi Wine said.
