Earlier today, Police was deployed at Panamera bar and lounge located in Naguru in a bid to close it off.
The heavily deployed police is at the premises to execute a court order to close the bar because of land struggles and illegal land occupation.
Perhaps, Panamera Bar is more known for the gruesome murder of Badru Kateregga, a former cleaner who met his death while at work at the Naguru-based ‘watering joint’, belonging to city businessman and rally driver Andrew ‘Desh’ Kananura.
Efforts to close the bar by police that has been on the premises for close to four hours are still futile as they are facing resistance for Desh and his aides like Professor Mondo Kagonyera.
