Nakawa MP Michael Kabaziguruka In Another Nasty Accident

Nakawa Member of Parliament was on Sunday 10th March 2019, involved in another fatal accident that took place near Matugga along Bombo road

The deputy Police Spokesperson Kampala metropolitan, Luke Owoyesigyire has confirmed the incident and stated that Two people have been confirmed dead and five others critically injured following a three car-crash involving two Members of Parliament.

Hon Kabaziguruka was driving a vehicle with registration number UBB 355X Prado and Buliisa district woman member of parliament Norah Bigirwa was in land cruiser registration UAZ 283k 

Police also confirmed that the occupants of the third vehicle all perished on spot and their bodies have been taken to Mulago hospital for post-mortem.

“It has been established that three vehicles were involved in the accident unfortunately the occupants in the third vehicle all died on the spot and their bodies taken for the post-mortem,” Luke Owoyesigyire stated

He further added that a baby in the same vehicle also got a serious injury but the baby died before reaching the hospital.

According to Chris Obore the director of communication and public affairs at parliament told journalist that Hon Michael condition is not all that worrying.

“He is in position to talk however, feeling chest pain, we hope he will be fine soon as we pray for him and also Hon Norah is currently getting medication, so the situation is not alarming,” he added.
