Government has allowed Kyadondo East MP, Hon Robert Kyagulanyi famously known as Bobi Wine to fly out of the country such that he can receive medical treatment.
Yesterday, Bobi Wine was arrested at Entebbe International Airport together with Mityana municipality MP, Hon Francis Zaake who was flying to India.
They were put in an ambulance and dumped at Kiruddu hospital.
This website understands that upon his arrest in Arua few weeks ago, Bobi Wine was allegedly tortured by SFC officials before being charged and transferred to Makindye military barracks.
Prior to going to the US for treatment, Bobi Wine has been receiving treatment from Lubaga Hospital.
