Four notorious hitmen that have been terrorizing people on their gates have been arrested.
Umar Mirembe, Timothy Kamanzi, Brian Odoi and Denis Okoth were arrested by Kireka Police during the weekend’s clandestine operation.
Upon arrest, they confessed to have been terrorizing people in Namugongo, Mbalwa and kasokoso for over 6moths now.
This comes after a city businessman John Walukaye reported to police after he was hit at his home gate in Namugongo and iPhone, one million shillings and a laptop were stolen.
Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire has since advised people to always report to police and security people in case they suspect something is not right.
“Always alert the security personnel at any nearby police station, petrol station, clinic or supermarket in case you see someone standing without a clear objective or when you sense someone following you while walking or driving.”
