ASP Kirumira Judgment Flops

The Judgement of Former Buyende district DPC ASP Mohammad Kirumira has been pushed to next week on Thursday.

Kirumira is being charged with unlawful exercise of authority and corrupt practice, the crimes he allegedly committed while serving as Nansana DPC.

Last week, Kirumira told the Police Tribunal to acquit him of the charges since there is no sufficient evidence.

Presiding over the Police Tribunal, The boss Dennis Odwong Odongpiny said that having received submission from both sides, they will sit, analyse and come up with the appropriate judgement come Thursday April 05, 2018.

Kirumira today arrived at the Police Tribunal in company of relatives and lawyers Abdullah Kiwanuka and Moses Bigirwa.
