Newly appointed Inspector General of Police Okoth Ochola has made major shakeups in the Institution’s top brass.
Among the major changes, AIGP Abasi Byakagaba is now the Director of Counter Terrorism.
He was previously the Counter Terrorism before being transferred to Oil and Gas directorate.
AIGP Ndungutse John was maintained as Uganda Police’s attaché at the Uganda High Commission in Nairobi.
