Ssebuwufu is Mentally Healthy to Face Murder Charges — Prosecutor

Prosecution in the trial of Pine Car Bond boss Muhammad Ssebuwufu have presented a witness who confirmed that Ssebuufu and the seven co accused persons are in good mental health and can face murder charges.

Police doctor, Emmanuel Nuwamanya told court that the examination carried out on suspects on 26th October 2015 at Nsambya police barracks, showed that all the suspects were mentally okay and this rules out the possibility of having acted when they were mentally ill.

Ssebuwufu and his group are being charged with murdering a one Donah Betty Katusabe for failing to pay a Shs9million debt.

Katusabe had earlier bought a car from Ssebuwufu’s Pine bond and Shs9million was the remaining balance.

Dr. Emmanuel Nuwamanya was the 6thwitness to testify against Ssebuwufu and his co-accused persons.
