It’s that time of the year again to make a list of all of the sexual things you didn’t do last year and the things you want to do this year.
Not to generalize or anything, but men seem to want more sex while women want better sex with the person who wants more sex.
Here are some suggestions sexual resolutions for both women and men.
For women:
- Stop focusing on your body imperfections and instead focus on your pleasure.
When a man is having sex with you he is focusing on what turns him on, not what doesn’t. “I’m not going to have sex tonight because my stomach looks fat,” said no man ever.
- Be more sexually adventurous.

Start by counting to 10 and then release the squeeze ten times a day, which you can do sitting in a car or standing in line at the grocery store. Nobody has to know you’re secretly sexercising your way to better orgasms.
