3i Consultings is set to host the first ever Customer Engagement Summit, taking place from 21st to 22nd April, 2023 at the Speke Resort Kampala.

The Customer Engagement Summit will bring together business leaders, industry experts, and professionals to discuss, share knowledge and ideas on how to enhance customer experience by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, creating engaging customer journeys and promoting customer-centricity.

The two days event will feature keynote presentations, interactive sessions, and panel discussions on topics such as customer relationship management, customer engagement strategies, customer retention, customer loyalty, and the future of customer experience.
