As the saying goes, no parent deserves to bury their children, South African based Ugandan Businesswoman, Stella Nankya of Starqt is grieving the loss of her only son, Trillion Collins Semakula.
Nothing can be more devastating. Along with the usual symptoms and stages of grief, there are many issues that make parental bereavement particularly difficult to resolve. And this grief over the loss of a child can be exacerbated and complicated by feelings of injustice — the understandable feeling that this loss never should have happened.
“If I could have one wish in life, that wish would have to be That God would take away my pain and send you back to me,” the feeling so low Stella said in a sombre mood before adding that; “You are gone my son, and I just wanted you to know how much I deeply love you and that I miss you.”
Trillion Collins was the only boy and they youngest among her 5Kids.
Stella says that the death and loss of her child was an ultimate tragedy.
Trillion was born on June 12, 2018 and was called to be with the LORD on May 04, 2020.
Stella Nankya is a well-known businesswoman and a parent who has always desired to see the best from her children.
She says that the relationship between parents and their children is among the most intense in life and the feeling of dichotomy may persist for months and longer.
It must be remembered that bereaved parents can mourn the death and loss of a child of any age, and that it feels unnatural to outlive a child. It does not make a difference whether your child is three or thirty-three when your son or daughter dies. The emotion is the same. All bereaved parents lose a part of themselves.
