Self-proclaimed singing Doctor, Jose Chameleone is shedding tears after URA finally Impounded his Toyota V8 commonly known as Mpenkoni.
It should be noted that yesterday, a video circulated on Social media where by Chameleone was engaged in a verbal war with URA officials over the legal papers concerning the car.
Our sources at URA Headquarters in Nakawa have confirmed that the car has been impounded and is now parked at Nakawa.
