Singer Irene Namubiru has described her disappointed in the younger rapper Patrick Ssenyonjo commonly known as Fresh Kid.
“Am so disappointed, Fresh Kid is still young thus he should resort to singing Kids’ songs,” she noted.
Namubiru noted that the young rapper should not be performing in bars and clubs at night where there are women who dress indecently, alot vulgar talks and obscene words.
“One time I met him at Comedy store where there were many women who had dressed indecently, a lot of vulgar and obscene words from the audience moreover at 10pm, songs like “Banteeka” really who can envy him at that little age,” she stated.
She added that her Kids are also musicians but she has never taken them to perform in bars.
“Am not envying the boy but as a mother I see it’s not Good for the boy,” noted.
She appealed to singer’s manager Francis Kamoga and the writer to start writing for him Kids’ songs, this will not stop him from making a lot of money on many Kids’ festivals in many places like Kololo and many more.
