The murder case hearing of malnourished ‘Tycoon’ Brian White and his escort Thomas Okoth that was scheduled today didn’t happen at Makindye chief Magistrates court.
The hearing could not take place because the victim, Victor Bitwire is still bedridden and can’t be in court to testify since he is the key witness in this case.
Makindye Chief Magistrate Elias Kakooza was left with no option but to adjourn the case to 5th March 2018.
This Website understands that Bryan White together with his bodyguard Corporal Thomas Okoth, are said to have shot at Bitwire on the night of 13th December 2018 at Bryn White’s residence in the Kampala suburb of Buziga.
The two were later arrested and sent to Luzira Prison where they spent the festive season.
They were later granted bail early January as the case hearing continues.
