Herbert Mendo Ssegujja famously known as Teacher Mpamire is full of beans after he was appointed the official WildAid ambassador for Uganda.
“I’ve been appointed as an official WildAid ambassador for Uganda. As an ambassador, i will be using my voice to get you aware about wildlife conservation issues in Uganda such as poaching, wildlife crime, habitat loss and other issues facing Uganda’s diverse fauna such as elephants, rhinos, lions, pangolins, chimps, and other species,” Mendo Posted on his Facebook Page.
He further explained that; “I believe you will get excited about wildlife and even have more passion for protecting what is ultimately irreplaceable: a wildlife heritage that is unique to Uganda.”
Mendo now joins a class of other other international WildAid Ambassadors like David Beckham, Jackie Chan, Ali Kiba, Leonardo DiCaprio, Maurice Greene, and Lupita Nyong’o
He also said that he will use his social media platforms every Wednesday to teach more about wildlife Conservation and Tourism.
