Shame As Notorious Homosexual is Publicaly Exposed

As Anti-Gay Act is now re-tabled in the parliament of the Republic of
Uganda, some identifiable sodomites seem to be bothered by the law.
A one suspected, Charles Buwembo alias bum driller 29 years old and
said to be a resident of Bweyogerere, in Kiira town council, in Wakiso
district, allegedly sodomite said to have been caught inaction by
residents, sodomizing a fellow man.
The victim was also identified as Musa Ssajabi.
According to eye witness, the residents have been hearing about rumors
of homosexuality within the area but were reluctant to find out the
claims since the vice is unnatural and unheard of in the surrounding.
“We had a meeting and resolved that since the new law is in existence,
anyone suspected of sodomizing fellow residents should be handed over
to police”. One of the residents’ said.
Wakiso district police commander, ASP, Francis Kato, confirmed the
suspected acts of sodomy, but he did not divulge more details on the
matter saying that it would interfere with police investigations.
He further added that once the investigations are completed Buwembo
shall be hunted and be will be produced before courts of law.
According to Anti Homosexuality Act, 2014 the first offender is liable
for 7 year imprisonment while the second offenders are liable for life
imprisonment.
