{"id":9727,"date":"2019-06-14T12:48:48","date_gmt":"2019-06-14T09:48:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=9727"},"modified":"2019-06-14T12:48:52","modified_gmt":"2019-06-14T09:48:52","slug":"dutch-drug-lord-arrested-with-63kgs-of-heroin-at-entebbe-airport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2019\/06\/14\/dutch-drug-lord-arrested-with-63kgs-of-heroin-at-entebbe-airport\/","title":{"rendered":"Dutch Drug Lord Arrested With 63Kgs Of Heroin At Entebbe Airport"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The anti-narcotic unit under\nthe Aviation police is holding one Jhinkole Rai alias Ruben a Dutch national\nfor allegedly unlawfully possessing Narcotic drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was intercepted yesterday\nat about 1:00 pm while at the departures hold baggage screening machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was destined to travel to\nItaly aboard Emirates and was intercepted with two suitcases containing\naltogether 59 (fifty-nine) packages each labelled &#8220;chococino special\n&#8221; and &#8220;richer chocolate taste\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The packages had a cream\npowdered substance suspected to be narcotics to it suspected heroin concealed\nin them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total gross weight for the\n59 packages was weighed and established as 63.9kgs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"638\" height=\"960\" src=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lord1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9729\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lord1.jpg 638w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lord1-199x300.jpg 199w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lord1-279x420.jpg 279w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 638px) 100vw, 638px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ruben is currently detained at\naviation police custody in Entebbe and the exhibits (suspected narcotic drugs)\npending forensic analysis at the Government Analytical Laboratory (GAL), after\nanalysis his file will be taken for advice to the RSA and later arraigned\nbefore courts of law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police is expanding the\ninvestigation into the matter to establish whether it is an organised gang,\nnetwork or that of an individual working alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"638\" height=\"960\" src=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lord3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9730\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lord3.jpg 638w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lord3-199x300.jpg 199w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/lord3-279x420.jpg 279w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 638px) 100vw, 638px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police thanked officers from\nAviation police together with sister agencies for the close coordination and\njob well done in the fight against drugs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The anti-narcotic unit under the Aviation police is holding one Jhinkole Rai alias Ruben a Dutch national for allegedly unlawfully possessing Narcotic drugs.
