Following the recent accidents involving Global Coaches along Mbarara Kampala road, customers have come up to express their dissatisfaction with the services being rendered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Most\ncustomers are concerned by the drivers who overspeed hence causing accidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Below\nis a letter from one of the customers;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This\ncompany has been serving Ugandans in a manner that was unique and amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
People\nhave been satisfied with the time\nmanagement and quality services provided by this company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However,\nthere seems to be something bad going on in recent weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
About\ntwo weeks ago, I travelled to Mbarara with this very company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There\nis this driver for registration number UBB 669U, in the names of Tusabe\nLawrence (Driver).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\nwas literary flying on Masaka road, to Mbarara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\ntried to respectfully ask him to drive on reasonable speed but the fellow chose\nnot to respond to anybody, in a silent but arrogant manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\ndecided to call management using numbers on the receipts they provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For\nclose to an hour, nobody could pick any of those Numbers, but finally we\nmanaged to talk to the owner of the last number on those receipts who got our\nconcern and promised to talk to the driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\nkept observing for any communication to the driver either through a direct\ncommunication or through the bus conductor. Nothing happened!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\ncalled back and the guy assured us he had warned the driver and the driver would\ncomply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\nwere however sure there had been no communication to the driver and he didn’t\nsurprise us at that moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nguy increased speed in a manner that brought total silence in the bus until we\nreached Masaka where the two of us were forced to voluntarily exit the bus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite\nthe fact that it was late in the night, we found it safe to leave that bus and\nrest until the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thank\nGod the occupants who remained arrived Mbarara safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This\nwas however not an isolated case. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Colleagues\nof mine who do shopping weekly from Mbarara have recently complained over the\nsame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Global\ncoaches have been doing passengers a good service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Management\nshould help put everything back in order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
