Following\nthe statement that was made by Minister of Youth and Children Affairs, Hon\nFlorence Nakiwala Kiyingi of ordering Patrick Ssenyonjo alias Fresh Kid away\nfrom stage performances and singing, many people have come out in support of\nthe young star stating that government should be in support of talent in Uganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yesterday,\nMinister Kiyingi met Fresh kid and okayed his music career on condition that he\nstays in school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
City\nsocialite and Government critic Frank Gashumba who also doubles as the Chief\nExecutive Officer Sisimuka Uganda while speaking to journalists on Tuesday,\nstated that Fresh Kid should be Nantaba\u2019s Speech writer because he can answer questions,\nhe is asked better than that minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis\nchild should be over 7 years, and he needs to be checked otherwise I don\u2019t\nthink that this boy is only 7 years because is very intelligent, I have seen\nsome of his interviews on the social media, the boy is extremely intelligent,\u201d\nsaid Gashumba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gashumba\nadded that if at all Fresh Kid is 7 years, then Ugandans should get ready for\nhim and support his talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\nsaid that according to the prodigy talent fresh Kid possesses, he should be\nadmitted at Makerere university in the first year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe\nis government cannot help anyone, so Ugandans should identify talents of their\nchildren and help them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIf\nyou identify football, swimming or singing talents in your child, please help\nher or him, don\u2019t think someone will help you nurture the talent of your kid,\u201d he\nadded<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gashumba\nfurther added that he is going to contact the Vice Chancellors of Makerere,\nUganda Christian university and Kyambogo so that Fresh Kid can start from there\nbecause he is so intelligent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
