A self-confessed Ugandan bisexual man who fled into hiding a few years back after jumping police bond faces arrest any time he is seen by the police, anywhere. Renegade Paul Ochaya, who is said to have fled to Canada in 2016, is in deep trouble after reports from reliable sources in Toronto, Canada, revealing that he is due for deportation to Uganda for being an illegal immigrant. Paul is son of the late Christopher Akera and Alice Ayella of Gulu district in northern Uganda. However, Paul spent most of his childhood in the upscale suburb of Mutungo in Kampala. If Paul is eventually deported he will be immediately arrested on site at Entebbe airport owing to a pending case at the Kampala Metropolitan office of the Uganda police, where he had been arrested for homosexuality but he later fled after jumping police bond. Owing to his LGBT activities, his clansmen back home in Gulu were greatly embarrassed and have since vowed to deal with him once he lands in Uganda. Homosexuality is punishable by death in Uganda both traditionally and legally and it is a criminal offense that contravenes the Anti-homosexuality Act.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
