According to\nresearchers Debby Herbenick, and J. Dennis Fortenberry, M.D. both from Indiana\nUniversity, Some women reach orgasm during exercise especially those that\ninvolve the core abdominal muscles they wrote in the journal Sexual and\nRelationship Therapy<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Debby Herbenick,\nand J. Dennis Fortenberry added that Exercises most likely to be associated\nwith female orgasms are abdominal exercises, weight lifting, spinning\/biking,\nand climbing poles or ropes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Herbenick, and Fortenberry carried out online surveys which included 124 adult females who said they had had an orgasm while exercising known as EIO (exercise-induced orgasm) and another 246 who reported having experienced exercise-induced sexual pleasure (EISP). <\/p>\n\n\n\n They were aged form 18 to 63 years and majority of them were either married or in a relationship. Approximately 69% of them said they were heterosexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The authors also\nnoted that nobody is sure what mechanisms are involved during exercise to induce\nan orgasm or sexual pleasure and that Future studies are need on the subject. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The highlights\nof the research show that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Herbenick, and Fortenberry said and I\nquote,<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis study has several strengths. Our survey was\nanonymous and Internet-based,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Which may have allowed for greater ease in reporting\non sensitive topics. Additionally,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n The survey was relatively brief, taking approximately\n5\u201310 minutes to complete. \nThe survey topic was also unique and provided an opportunity for women\nto share information about an experience that they had perhaps never or only\nrarely talked about with others\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe believe our data challenges existing approaches to\norgasm as the outcome of an inherently sexual production and that findings from\nthis study may provide insights or opportunities for women to better understand\ntheir experiences with exercise as well as orgasm.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Reference: Debby Herbenick & J.
