Davido was\nflying his personal jet for the show which experienced massive delays at the\nairports due to clearance and stops at different city stopovers for shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Nigerian\nsuperstar lit up the stage at Pearl of Africa Hotel on 1st<\/sup> January\nas the country ushered in the new year. However, he wasn\u2019t able to make it for\nthe Pool party organized on the 30th<\/sup> December, and the countdown to\nthe New Year, something blamed on flight delays and clearance from Nigeria.\nHowever, he missed the countdown by a few minutes. We’re gonna light it up tomorrow at the Pearl of Africa Hotel!\nBaddest!\u201d Davido posted on his Twitter account that was relaying by-the-minute\nupdates of his journey from Nigeria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Later he\nadded, \u201cNew Years with my people in Uganda ?? 2nite! ! Meet me at the Pearl of Africa Hotel!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sources add\nthat local service providers, not conversant with B-Club experience caused the\nother hiccups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However,\ndespite the late appearance, Davido showed up at some minutes past the new year\nand put up an energetic performance much to the excitement of the patient fans\nwho turned up for the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The show was\nattended by Kampala\u2019s socialites and \u2018Ba summer\u2019 who according to our source\nwho attended, were seen to be enjoying the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The\norganisers have big plans up their sleeves for the year and our sources say\nthey are planning a mega show for Valentine\u2019s day that will leave Kampala\u2019s\nparty animals wanting nothing but more of entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cB-Club is\nplanning to bring an American RnB singer in the country and is said to be in\ntalks with Pearl of Africa Hotel to make it the one stop spot for world stars\nand more experience with big names including movie stars, sports personalities\nand many more,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n B-Club\nKampala is in the process of opening a club in Kampala.
