{"id":7279,"date":"2018-12-31T12:38:47","date_gmt":"2018-12-31T09:38:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=7279"},"modified":"2018-12-31T12:42:57","modified_gmt":"2018-12-31T09:42:57","slug":"police-exhumes-body-of-missing-woman-who-was-killed-by-lover","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2018\/12\/31\/police-exhumes-body-of-missing-woman-who-was-killed-by-lover\/","title":{"rendered":"Police Exhumes Body Of Missing Woman Who Was Killed By Lover"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Key\nsuspect in the murder of a one Sumayyah Okitoi who was identified as David\nAfaayo on Sunday 30th led police detectives to the place where he is believed\nto have buried the body after the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nNovember the family of Sumayyah Okitoi opened up a case of missing person and police\ninvestigations pointed out that a one David Afaayo was having knowledge of her whereabouts\nafter period of intensive interrogation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afaayo\nhas reportedly confessed to having had a hand in the murder of his girlfriend\nafter a bitter fight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumayyah\nwas killed in his boyfriend\u2019s room and according to police investigations the neighbour\nknew about her death but kept quiet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Sunday, police detectives have seen where he buried her body in Lugala Rubaga division, Kampala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muzammil\nOkitoi, the brother to the late states that; &#8220;The last time I saw\nSumayyah, it was September. She came home and she was telling us she had gotten\na boyfriend and she wanted to bring him home and then we were like; it&#8217;s okay\nbring him home.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"639\" src=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sumaya.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sumaya.jpg 680w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sumaya-300x282.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sumaya-447x420.jpg 447w, https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/sumaya-640x601.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><figcaption>Killed and buried Sumayyah <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the locals, Sumayyah and Afaayo have been having misunderstanding which sometimes led into fights and they suspect this could have been the cause of her death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One\nof the locals narrated that; &#8220;I was sleeping when I heard heavy footsteps\nright outside my house. I thought they were thieves.
