Minister without portfolio, Hon. Abdul Naduli has warned Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine to leave president Museveni alone or prepare to became bankrupt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While\nin his office on Wednesday Naduli said that Bobi Wine should know that politics\nand music are two different things which can’t coordinate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Bobi\nwine should choose between Music and politics and I hope he knew this very well\nbefore joining politics,” he said<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minister\nNaduli advised Bobi Wine not to attack government in his lyrics, if he wants to\ncontinue singing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\nalso said that Bobi Wine attacking government in his lyrics should never expect\nthe people he is attacking to sit and watch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On\nTuesday Robert Kyagulanyi popularly known as Bobi Wine took his complaints to\nthe floor of parliament seeking the house’s intervention to rescue his music\ncarrier which he said is being frustrated by security forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\nfurther revealed that on top of blocking his concerts police is also denying\nhim his rights of worshipping where he is not allowed to attend church services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However,\nthe speaker of parliament responded to him that police was being unlawful for\nblocking the singer’s concerts and tasked government to explain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minister\nJeje Odongo said that Hon Kyagulanyi was not on the list of performers for the\nmusic concert held in Jinja on December 15th, 2018.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added that Kyagulanyi acted contrary to the set guidelines by holding a procession along Iganga road causing disorder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, a significant number of MPs have called on government to allow politicians carry out duties within their career alongside politics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They urged government to let Hon Robert Kyagulanyi continue with his music career just like other MPs in different professions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
