A few weeks ago, we exclusively revealed that Vivienne Birungi aka Jalia Mbuga Angella Chebet, wife of embattled shady businessman Suleiman Kabangala Mbuga, had surfaced in public.<\/p>\n

Days later, Birungi was again sighted at Kisementi based Sky Lounge mingling with tight pals, where they spent the night and left in the wee hours of the morning.<\/p>\n
Snoops reveal that Birungi is these days rumoured to be close to a low profile loaded South Africa Based Sangoma only identified as Steve.<\/p>\n
Birungi and Steve have been sighted having good times together for close to two weeks now.<\/p>\n

Birungi and Mbuga allegedly fleeced the dime from a company account she jointly ran with her former Muzungu pensioner lover Sten Heinsoo.<\/p>\n
