Former Vice President of Uganda, Prof Gilbert Bukenya has told president Museveni that Kyadondo East MP, Hon Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi doesn\u2019t lead a group of hooligans; Uganda Mirror Reports.<\/p>\n
\u201cBobi Wine doesn\u2019t lead hooligans, when president Museveni went to the bush with his people, Obote called them Jiggers and vowed to unpluck them from Luweero.<\/p>\n
Museveni had his people and Obote also called the hooligans but they were not,\u201d said Bukenya before adding that; \u201cThose are the people who were hurt and offended by the then government. Others had lost their loved ones. This is the same situation that Bobi Wine is in. He is trying to rescue himself from this situation and he is right.\u201d<\/p>\n
Following what is currently happening in the country, Bukenya said that Museveni would be like Nelson Mandela but everything is now sinking.<\/p>\n

Whenever you torture any political leader, you make him love more by the people.\u201d<\/p>\n
The calm Bukenya then said that the day Kyagulanyi will get out of prison, Museveni will see how popular the Kyadondo East MP is.<\/p>\n
