Bobi Wine is suspected to be in Police custody in Arua.<\/p>\n
He was campaigning for Kasiano Wadri in the hotly contested Arua municipality by-election.<\/p>\n
It is worth noting that last evening, Bobi Wine\u2019s Driver was shot dead in Arua.<\/p>\n
Bobi Wine claimed that he was the target but the shooters got it wrong.<\/p>\n
