As Anti-Gay Act is now re-tabled in the parliament of the Republic of
\nUganda, some identifiable sodomites seem to be bothered by the law.
\nA one suspected, Charles Buwembo alias bum driller 29 years old and
\nsaid to be a resident of Bweyogerere, in Kiira town council, in Wakiso
\ndistrict, allegedly sodomite said to have been caught inaction by
\nresidents, sodomizing a fellow man.
\nThe victim was also identified as Musa Ssajabi.
\nAccording to eye witness, the residents have been hearing about rumors
\nof homosexuality within the area but were reluctant to find out the
\nclaims since the vice is unnatural and unheard of in the surrounding.
\n\u201cWe had a meeting and resolved that since the new law is in existence,
\nanyone suspected of sodomizing fellow residents should be handed over
\nto police\u201d. One of the residents\u2019 said.
\nWakiso district police commander, ASP, Francis Kato, confirmed the
\nsuspected acts of sodomy, but he did not divulge more details on the
\nmatter saying that it would interfere with police investigations.
\nHe further added that once the investigations are completed Buwembo
\nshall be hunted and be will be produced before courts of law.
\nAccording to Anti Homosexuality Act, 2014 the first offender is liable
\nfor 7 year imprisonment while the second offenders are liable for life
