{"id":4742,"date":"2018-06-27T14:55:58","date_gmt":"2018-06-27T11:55:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ugmirror.com\/?p=4742"},"modified":"2018-06-27T14:55:58","modified_gmt":"2018-06-27T11:55:58","slug":"igp-arrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugmirror.com\/index.php\/2018\/06\/27\/igp-arrested\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018IGP\u2019 Arrested"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Geoffrey Kalele a resident of Namutumba District has been arrested for allegedly operating a Facebook account in the names of the IGP.<\/p>\n<p>The CID spokesman, Vincent Ssekate said that Kalele opened up a Facebook account in the names Martin Okoth Ochola between March and June and has been using it to defraud the public.<\/p>\n<p>Kalele also has been using the fake account to give orders to officers and some unsuspecting officers would follow them.<\/p>\n<p>After his arrest, Kalele accepted his crime and confessed to coning and defrauding people.<\/p>\n<p>He had so far collected Shs700,000 from the public which he used it to pay school fees for his children.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Geoffrey Kalele a resident of Namutumba District has been arrested for allegedly operating a Facebook account in the names of the IGP.
