dfcu Bank has strongly rejected claims circulating on various platforms, describing them as unfounded, misleading, and intended to cause unnecessary concern among the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a press statement, the Bank assured its customers, stakeholders, and the general public that the allegations being spread hold no merit and should be disregarded. Management emphasized that such misinformation should be treated with the contempt it deserves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bank reaffirmed its dedication to providing secure, reliable, and innovative financial services that support individuals, businesses, and communities across Uganda. dfcu urged the public to rely solely on official communication from the Bank and avoid misinformation from unverified sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a regulated institution under the Central Bank of Uganda, dfcu Bank also reminded customers that deposits are protected by the Deposit Protection Fund of Uganda up to UGX 10 million, ensuring continued confidence in the safety and security of client funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
