Organized by <strong>Social Ghana Experiences<\/strong> in partnership with <strong>The Reminisce<\/strong>, the event featured an international DJ line-up and was proudly sponsored by <strong>Stanbic Bank<\/strong> through its <strong>Flexipay<\/strong> platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The star-studded roster included UK\u2019s <strong>Jonny Stone<\/strong> and <strong>Handsome Fella<\/strong>, Ghana\u2019s <strong>DJ Slybeatz<\/strong> and <strong>Temple XTD<\/strong>, and Uganda\u2019s own <strong>Timothy Code<\/strong>, <strong>DJ Bryan<\/strong>, and <strong>Crysto the DJ<\/strong>. True to the theme, the rule was simple: <em>No Amapiano. No Afrobeats. Just Old School R&amp;B.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adding to the excitement was <strong>Flexipay Happy Hours<\/strong>, where food, drinks, and merchandise prices dropped significantly during select hours, attracting bigger crowds and boosting the party spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u201cSeeing so many people relive their favourite R&amp;B moments without worrying about high prices was truly special,\u201d said <strong>Joseph Ndoboli<\/strong>, Flexipay Manager. \u201cThis is what we mean by more convenience, more fun, and doing what we love for less\u2014perfectly aligned with our purpose: <em>Uganda is our home, we drive her growth<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The festivities kicked off at 3:00 PM and rolled late into the night, with guests singing, dancing, and reminiscing over the soundtrack of their youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For some, like <strong>Alinda Brenda<\/strong>, it was a long-awaited experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-small-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u201cI have always missed the previous editions, but today I made sure I was here. It was a good idea\u2014I have enjoyed!\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Launched in 2021, <strong>Reminisce<\/strong> has evolved from a small gathering into a cross-border sensation, with recent editions staged in Rwanda.
