Renowned musician Moses Ssali, popularly known as Bebe Cool, on Tuesday officially handed over a newly constructed house worth Shs 100 million to the family of Bridget Mirembe, a six-year-old TikToker whose prayer for a home went viral last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The house, located in Kyeguluuso Village, Mubende Municipality, was funded through proceeds from Bebe Cool\u2019s \u201cTondeka Ekiwatule\u201d concert held on December 26, 2024.

The initiative was carried out under his Amber Heart Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhen I saw the video on TikTok, I was touched by the way a six-year-old girl prayed for me and asked for a home. I had to find her,\u201d Bebe Cool said during the handover ceremony. \u201cWe began by purchasing land at Shs 8 million, and now we are handing over a fully built house.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fully furnished house includes four bedrooms, a dining room, and solar power, and comes equipped with beds, mattresses, and household essentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mirembe gained national attention in 2024 after posting a TikTok video in which she prayed for the musician and asked him to help her family build a decent home.
In response, Bebe Cool pledged to construct the house using proceeds from his concert, a promise he fulfilled five months later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking to local media, Mirembe\u2019s mother, Agaati Gowa, expressed her appreciation. \u201cWe used to live in a poor house and never dreamed of owning something like this. No one in my family has ever lived in a house like this,\u201d she said. \u201cAt first, people doubted he would deliver, but he did.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Residents of Kyeguluuso Village also praised the singer for his generosity. \u201cThis family has been struggling, but now they have hope,\u201d a resident said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bebe Cool stated that he now hopes to facilitate a meeting between Mirembe and President Yoweri Museveni, should the president visit Mubende during the 2026 campaign season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
