\u201cWe are devastated. We have searched hospitals and mortuaries from Mulago to Kayunga but found nothing. His personal items were recovered at the scene. We are desperate,\u201d said Alex Musimbi, his son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mourners continue to gather at Musimbi\u2019s residence in Mbale City, awaiting news that remains elusive. Eyewitnesses claim he was seen struggling for help during the crash, but no trace of him has emerged since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The absence of clear answers has intensified the pain for a family and community mourning a man known for his integrity and decades of public service. Musimbi retired from the Electoral Commission in 2019 and most recently served as a panelist on Uganda\u2019s Industrial Court<\/p>\n\n\n\n
