Odongo visited the Honorary Consul of Namibia in Uganda, where he signed the condolence book in remembrance of President Nujoma. He was received by Honorary Consul Godfrey Kirumira, who, on behalf of the Namibian government, welcomed the minister and acknowledged the significance of the tribute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reflecting on Nujoma\u2019s leadership, Hon.
