Martha Nkwazi Katanga has finally appeared at Nakawa Court today afternoon, Ug Mirror reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This comes after Nakawa Chief Magistrates Court issued a warrant of arrest against her for failing to adhere to court summons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is being charged on suspicion of tampering with evidence in the death of her father, businessman Henry Katanga, more than two months ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Henry Katanga was allegedly killed by her wife Molly Katanga on November 2, 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to reports, Patricia Kakwanza and Martha Nkwazi tampered with the evidence at the crime scene to make it untraceable for legal purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The other accused are Amanyire George, a 30-year-old shamba boy, Patricia Kakwanza, the deceased\u2019s 31-year-old daughter, and Otai Charles, a health worker, who is accused of accessory to murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Molly Katanga, the widow, has not yet been charged. Nkwanzi\u2019s criminal summons has been pushed out until January 22, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the prosecution, Henry Katanga was shot and killed on November 2, 2023, at Mbuya Chwa 2 Road, Nakawa Division, Kampala Capital City, reportedly by his 55-year-old wife, Molly Katanga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
