Through his lawyers Mutesasira Associates & Court Bailiff, city tycoon Godfrey Kirumira sued Jack Pemba for failure to pay $300,000 and now should be arrested on sight.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhereas Godfrey Kirumira the plaintiff\/Applicant in the above suit claims the sum of $300,000 (United States Dollars three hundred thousand) and has proved to the satisfaction of court that there is a probable cause for believing that the respondent\/ defendant Jack Pemba is about to leave Uganda and upon his nonappearance before his honourable court after having been dully served with a notice to show cause why he should not furnish security for his appearance,\u201d reads the warrant of Arrest from high court, commercial division.<\/p>\n
\u201cThese are to command you to arrest the respondent\/defendant unless the respondent\/defendant shall deposit the sum of $300,000 (United States Dollars three hundred thousand) with court or furnish some other sufficient security to satisfy the plaintiff\u2019s\/ Applicant\u2019s claim and or to guarantee his appearance and to bring the said respondent\/defendant Jack Pemba to this honourable court with all continent speed.\u201d<\/p>\n
Pemba has also been instructed to clear the outstanding debt before 27 April 2018.<\/p>\n
